Once we have set up LanSupport/Satis and it is up and running, we will guide you through the implementation process to ensure the product works for you in the best way possible.
Step 3 : Training
A software is as good as useless if its users are not trained. We will take you through the training process and ensure all users are capable
of, and are comfortable using the system.The various training programs available are based on the users.
- System Administrator Training. The system admin should be able to handle steps 1 & 2 above in future as well as provide first line support for LanSupport.
- Help desk Administrator Training.
- Customer Service Agent Training.
- End user training.
