This article details known issues when running LanSupport on Internet Information Services 7 (IIS7)
Applies to Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7
If when you launch LanSupport in your browser and you get errors such as:
Error 404 Page Not Found
Input/Output Error when running reports.
Run inetmgr or go to,
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools\Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager,
Select Application Pools,
Select LanSupportAppPool from the list.
On the left panel, click Basic settings.
Verify that, Managed pipeline mode is set to Classic and click ok.
